Providing three hours of modern style classic variety for the noughties, this fantastic event will take place at the brand spanking newly redeveloped LG Arena at The NEC in Birmingham on Friday 18 and Saturday 19 December 2009.

LENNY HENRY makes a welcome return to Rock With Laughter, but this time not just as one of the best and most well seasoned stand-up comedians in Britain, but as compere and definitely Master of All Ceremonies.
As well as numerous television series and world tours, Lenny has compered on some of the UK's most memorable events, including Live Aid, Live 8, The Queen’s Jubilee and, of course, his unforgettable work on Comic Relief. Most recently the Dudley comic has returned to the stage taking the title role in Othello.
Bringing some serious melodic pop music to the party will be the chart topping SUGABABES who with their spine tingling combination of soulful vocals and sophisticated glamour are sure to go down a storm!
TV and stand-up favourite ALAN CARR won the Best Comedy Entertainment Personality at the 2008 British Comedy Awards his sharp wit and down to earth presentation has made him a most sparkling jewel in Britain's comedy crown.
Promising timeless tracks from the 80s Ian Dury’s iconic band THE BLOCKHEADS is now fronted by the inimitable PHILL JUPITUS! Be prepared to take a trip down memory lane when the band lets rip with track such as Hit Me With Your Rhythm Stick, What A Waste and of course the legendary Sex ‘n’ Drugs ‘n’ Rock ‘n’ Roll!
Critically acclaimed BAFTA Award-winning comedian, star of BBC's multi-award winning Not Going Out and team captain on Would I Lie To You?, LEE MACK brings his trademark brand of high energy banter, well crafted gags and sharp one-liners to Rock With Laughter for the first time.
Also treating the audience to some serious laughs with his sharp wit is DARA O BRIAIN who in the words of the Evening Standard reckon – “If you don’t laugh at O Briain, check your pulse, you must be dead.”
BJORN AGAIN - Britain’s foremost Abba show, certified as the greatest by Benny and Bjorn, is a super-trouper solid sell out on their 2009 20th anniversary tour of the UK. The four piece are welcomed back to Rock With Laughter to finish their tour with the fabba-lous songs that will have everybody dancing in the aisles.
SHAPPI KHORSANDI is the star of BBC 1s 'Live at the Apollo' and 'Michael McIntyre's Comedy Roadshow; this female comedian is fast emerging as one of the best comics in the UK! Be sure to remember where you saw her first!

Jasper’s done a brilliant job of rocking the audience during his tenure and now that task falls to me and I’m really beside myself with joy (look, there I am standing beside myself with Joy - she’s lovely). We’ve got our best line up ever this year. Prepare to dance, sing and laugh your socks off (please wear socks for this purpose).
