James Blond
James has been presenting at BRMB for over two years now, but before that had some other pretty interesting jobs.
He has wanted to be a DJ since he was five, but has had to come a long way to get here. His previous jobs include being a driver, a pot washer - you name it James has done it: “I’ve never been too proud to get my hands dirty,” he laughs. It never mattered what else he was doing though, James was always hassling local radio stations and eventually it worked.
James is a music fanatic and his love of music doesn’t stop when his show does. “I love going out clubbing especially at ‘Liberty's’ and ‘Hidden’, they’ve got to be the most amazing venues in Brum”. It’s strictly plain old water for James though as he’s not a good drinker!
